Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all transactions made on GatePe. By making a payment through our Platform, you agree to the following:
1. No Refunds
All payments made via GatePe (including society maintenance, event charges, or other dues) are final and non-refundable.
2. Non-Transferable
Amounts paid cannot be transferred to another user, account, or society under any circumstances.
3. Disputed Charges
If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact your society management committee directly. GatePe is only a platform provider and does not control charges imposed by societies.
4. Technical Errors
In rare cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors, please contact us within 7 working days at support@gatepe.in. Refunds will only be processed if verified as a genuine error. If refunds are approved under any such exceptional circumstances, it will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
5. Changes to Policy
We may revise this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
